Daniel K. Carr

Dan Carr is a founding principal of SRS Investments and serves as a senior member of management. With expertise in government properties, development and dispositions, Mr. Carr has over 18 years of experience in the development, leasing and sales and operations of commercial properties. As a developer, Mr. Carr has extensive expertise in team building, project management, and financing for a wide range of development projects totaling over $240 million.

Mr. Carr has represented notable clients such as Metropolitan Life Insurance, Farmers Insurance, FDIC, American Family Insurance, Guaranty National Life Insurance, Trammell Crow, Waddell & Reed, Lend Lease, State of Missouri, State of Kansas and the General Services Administration.
