SRS Investments co-invests with high net worth individuals seeking current income and long term appreciation. We acquire stabilized office and retail properties in the Midwest and Southeast and often structure these syndications as tenants-in-common to allow investors to utilize 1031 exchange funds from the recent sale of their own real estate. Our programs allow investors to receive much of the same benefits of whole ownership, while eliminating day-to-day management and leasing responsibilities.
