Nicholas J. Rhodes

Nick Rhodes is a founding and Managing Principal of SRS Investments and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and structuring transactions. Prior to founding SRS Investments, Mr. Rhodes worked for one of the largest private real estate investment companies in the United States, where he was responsible for acquisitions throughout the Western United States.

Prior to that, Mr. Rhodes worked in investment banking for SunTrust, where he played a key role in valuing and structuring over $2.25 billion in acquisitions, initial public offerings, and secondary offerings. Prior to SunTrust, Mr. Rhodes was a consultant for KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point) where he advised clients on a variety of strategic issues. Mr. Rhodes holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and an MBA with concentrations in real estate and finance from Emory University.
