Richard D. Baier

Rick Baier is a founding principal of SRS Investments and serves as a senior member of management. Mr. Baier has over 25 years experience in the development, leasing and management of commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and ownership of nearly 125 office, retail and industrial properties. Over the past three years, he has been the lead developer of commercial properties totaling over $200 million.

Mr. Baier has represented notable clients such as New York Life Insurance Company, Sprint, The Travelers, Paine Webber, Firstar, General Services Administration, Koll Real Estate Group and NationsBank.
